+ Efficiently and safely operate assigned machinery, perform simple maintenance, and report malfunctioning equipment immediately.

+ Set up and adjust machines to run at different sizes.

+ Obtain correct materials from the warehouse or staging area for operation needs.

+ Organize production flow, ensure material availability, estimate line progress, and schedule breaks according to the production time schedule.
