What You Will Do

As a Manufacturing Supervisor , you will oversee production operations to ensure output goals, safety standards, and employee engagement are consistently met. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role is critical to maintaining smooth plant operations and supporting Clarios' commitment to quality and efficiency.

You'll lead a team of production personnel, coordinate daily manufacturing activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position is on-site at the plant and requires flexibility to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
