Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift

What you will do

We're hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead day to day production operations in a plant-based manufacturing environment. This role reports to the Manufacturing/Production Manager and is critical to meeting safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals while maintaining strong employee engagement.

This position plays a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently, developing frontline teams, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

• Meet daily production, quality, and safety targets for assigned work areas.
