What You Will Do

• Support Process Improvement: Assist in high‑impact projects by conducting time studies, creating detailed process maps, and collecting critical production data.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and compile manufacturing data to help identify waste and uncover opportunities for improvement across the production line.
• Implement Lean Methodologies: Support the hands‑on implementation of Lean tools—such as 5S, standard work, and visual management—under the mentorship and guidance of senior engineers.
