Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer – Injection Molding & Consumer Electronics

Key Responsibilities
- Lead injection molding process development and troubleshooting for plastic components.
- Perform root cause analysis for plastics-related quality and manufacturing issues.
- Collaborate with sheet metal teams for integrated mechanical assemblies.
- Drive products from prototype to mass production with aggressive timelines.
- Manage and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy; prevent unauthorized components from entering production.
- Support UL certification (up to 240V / high power products) and ensure compliance with safety standards.
