Manufacturing Specialist (Operator)

AT&S is a leading high‑tech PCB & IC substrates company that industrialises advanced technologies for automotive, aerospace, and many other sectors. We are seeking a Manufacturing Specialist (Production Operator) to support our production lines.

Responsibilities

• Complete production tasks according to requirements.
• Follow SOP and operation instructions and assist the maintenance department.
• Safeguard materials, including chemicals, raw materials, consumables, and semi‑manufactured items.
• Strictly follow CP and basis data to control production and provide feedback on deviations to reduce scrap.
• Identify potential problems and report them to supervisors for continuous improvement.
• Fill in relevant production records as required.
• Produce according to the sequence arranged by PPC and MES to minimise time waste.
