Manufacturing Software Developer I/II

Position Summary Delva Tool & Machine is seeking a  Manufacturing  Software Developer I or II  who enjoys solving real-world operational challenges through software, automation, data integration, and emerging AI technologies.

You'll work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Executive Leadership to develop solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across our manufacturing environment.   What You'll Do Design, develop, test, and maintain internal software applications and business systems.

Build tools that support CNC machining, production scheduling, quality management, and operational reporting.

Develop integrations between shop floor systems, ERP platforms, quality systems, and business applications.

Write clean, maintainable code using technologies such as Python, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and related development frameworks.
