Job Description

Summary
 /Objective:The Manufacturing Quality Manager will develop and implement quality management systems in a manner which fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the entire organization.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Implement robust quality systems in a highly complex manufacturing environment.
Be accountable for the quality of Samtec's manufacturing and processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, at our Taiwan manufacturing site.
Develop, manage and improve systems, reports and other tools in collaboration with key stakeholders required to ensure excellent quality levels.
Support resolution of downstream quality issues by managing and coordinating activities across Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, and Engineering organizations – may include working collaboratively with other Samtec sites.
