Enable compliance of quality requirements of Series productions and manufacturing processes by using quality core tools, problem solving, Q-methodologies, and applicable state-of-the-art digital quality tools, following Bosch directives and procedures.

• Lead, manage and coordinate the 8D team for customer complaints in manufacturing (FA/SMT).
• Serve as PS Expert and facilitator for all customer complaints in manufacturing.
• Maintain the Quality Assurance Matrix (QAM) and related quality tools.
• Actively coordinate actions to reduce customer complaints or internal escapes (e.g., AOI, functional escapes).
