Manufacturing Professional - Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Responsibilities Lead daily operations, managing production execution to ensure safe, efficient, and cost‐effective output. Maintain capacity targets, consistently exceeding them with at least 120% readiness. Monitor and analyze KPIs such as throughput, yield, quality, labor efficiency, and on‐time delivery. Identify bottlenecks and optimize workflow for maximum throughput. Collaborate with planning and engineering to align schedules and meet customer requirements. Supervise a team of 20+ employees, fostering a high‐performance culture. Manage the full employee lifecycle – hiring, onboarding, staffing, scheduling, training, and cross‐training.
