Manufacturing Process Engineer

Position Summary/Objective

The Manufacturing Process Engineering Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, improving, and implementing production processes that increase workplace safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and reduce waste. Primary Responsibilities

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs & Centerlines) to ensure consistency and adherence to quality and safety standards. Support day-to-day performance improvement at the facility (speed increase, yield improvement, scrap reduction, and labor efficiency improvement). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, project engineering, quality, and maintenance, to identify and resolve issues that may impact production efficiency or quality and ensure successful implementation of new processes and equipment.
