Responsible for Engineering Changes.
Supports for Shop Floor, Tool Room, Quality Department and Maintenance Staff.
Identifies and Implements projects to improve equipment and/or operator performance quality, uptime, cycle time, cavitation, scrap reduction, etc.
Leads implementation of new product introduction and new equipment installation/upgrade activity to ensure successful launches.
Be a change agent leader; drive the cultural transformation necessary to achieve world-class performance by the organization and promotes a positive teamwork environment.
