Overview

You will analyse processes, remove bottlenecks, reduce waste, and increase throughput using modern Lean and CI methodologies. This is a hands‑on, data‑driven role with real influence on quality, efficiency, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lean and CI initiatives across the shop floor (Kaizen, SMED, DMAIC, 5S, VSM)
• Develop and optimise end‑to‑end processes in machining (CNC, milling, turning), welding/fabrication, and mechanical assembly
• Introduce standardised work, visual management, and robust process controls
