Manufacturing Process Engineer (Cable & Wire Harness)

Office location: Sto Tomas, Batangas

Work Setup: Full onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Mid-shift

Role Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer will support and optimize manufacturing processes for cable and wire harness production. This role focuses on improving productivity, quality, and process efficiency while supporting new product introductions and day-to-day manufacturing operations. The position works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth and reliable production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in cable assembly, wire harness, electronics, electromechanical, or precision manufacturing; exposure in high‑mix / low‑volume manufacturing is highly preferred.
