Shift: Week 1: Monday-Thursday 06:00-14:00, Friday 06:00-13:00 & Week 2: Monday-Thursday 14:00-22:00, Friday 09:00-16:00

Salary: £31,000 - £33,900 per annum (12% shift allowance)

A multi-skilled manufacturing operator responsible primarily for providing Power Press operational cover while supporting production continuity. The role also includes cross-functional support across surface treatment processes such as Paint, Degrease, and Berk Spray, enabling operational flexibility within a precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational cover for Power Press activities as required.
• Operate power presses in line with job operation cards and work instructions.
• Set up tooling and dies, adjusting press parameters (stroke, tonnage) as needed.
