Job Responsibilities

• Carry out daily tasks as directed by the Shift Lead or Production Manager.
• Report any production or equipment issues to the Shift Lead or Production Manager.
• Set up and operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machines in the manufacturing line.
• Monitor machine parameters such as speed, temperature, flow meters, and gauges.
• Perform in-process quality inspections using appropriate tools (e.g., calipers, microscopes, micrometers).
• Conduct basic maintenance and adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate job reporting through ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Participate in daily or weekly team briefings and production meetings.
• Adhere to workplace organization practices such as 5S.
