Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Tewkesbury has an exciting opportunity to join the business as a Manufacturing Operative. After a basic training period, the candidate will have the ability to work with limited supervision in producing parts in accordance with the Company’s Health And Safety and Quality procedures.

Hourly Rate: £15.67 (£14.25 + 10% shift premium)

Shift Pattern

Week 1 - 6am-2pm Monday to Friday
Week 2 - 2pm-11:53pm Monday to Thursday

The ideal candidate will have a flexible working approach, can contribute towards the team effort and is empowered to undertake work on their own initiative. They will carry out all operations as outlined on production paperwork, ensuring the machines are set correctly in order to comply with Company and Legislative Safety Laws, ensuring maximum output per machine cycle, and any other duties deemed necessary to meet the needs...
