Production Operative - Loading & Filling

£14.24 per hour (including rolled-up holiday pay)

We are currently seeking 3 Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing operation within the chemical industry.

This is a hands-on role involving loading, filling, and general production duties. Successful candidates will be reliable, physically fit, and able to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and filling products in line with production requirements
• Following written work instructions precisely
• Carrying out basic calculations as part of production processes
• Maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets
• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
• Performing general housekeeping and support duties within the production area
