KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily shop floor activity across machining, assembly, and finishing departments
- Sequence and prioritize work orders to align with shipment commitments and revenue targets
- Lead production planning, capacity analysis, and scheduling across multiple work centers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, downtime, and cycle time
