**Job Overview:**
**Location:** 45 Aspers North Road, Aspers, PA 17304
Shift & Schedule: This is a full-time, day shift position working **Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM** . Flexibility to provide additional coverage outside of these hours, including weekends and holidays, is required as business needs dictate.
The Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for leading a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing operation with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and employee engagement. This role provides leadership and direction to Production Supervisors and manufacturing teams while partnering closely with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Warehousing to achieve operational and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for continuous improvement, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
