Manufacturing Operations Analyst

RiteScreen is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Operations Analyst to support operational performance and value-creation initiatives across our manufacturing operations. This is a remote, U.S.-based position embedded in the day-to-day performance of our plants. In this role, you will serve as a trusted analytical partner to operations leadership — pulling and transforming complex operational data from the plant floor and our production systems into clear insights that drive efficiency, cost reduction, and performance improvements. You'll work cross-functionally with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to improve reporting, identify root causes of operational challenges, and support practical shop-floor improvements.
