We currently have an immediate opportunity for an Inventory Operations & Customer Service Specialist to join the BAR DIVISION at our ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA location. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Inventory Operations & Customer Service Specialist is a hybrid role that provides key support to the Customer Service and Inventory Recovery teams.

The position works cross‑functionally with Purchasing, Quality, Finance, R&D and warehouse to support business operations.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Master Data 

Key Responsibilities: Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of Nellson’s master data across systems.

• Set up new part numbers (raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods)

• Update existing part number profiles (descriptions, pallet patterns, MOQ, lead time...
