Manufacturing Manager

• Design, implement, and standardize manufacturing systems to support a fast-growing operation


• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant


• Identify process bottlenecks and drive productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction improvements


• Develop and implement KPIs to monitor performance (OEE, cycle time, scrap, throughput)


• Optimize production processes including flow, capacity, and line balancing


• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance


• Act as a hands-on leader on the shop floor, driving execution and operational discipline


• Coach and develop technical teams, strengthening internal capabilities and problem-solving skills
