& RequirementsTo provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for the end-to-end execution of Outer Layer processes. Responsible for synchronizing complex chemical lines, high-precision imaging, and solder mask applications to ensure all multi-layer boards meet rigorous quality standards and yield targets.
1. Operational Excellence & Execution
Departmental Oversight: Direct daily operations across Outer Layer, Photo Printing, Chemical Processing, LPSM, AOI, and Specialized Finishing to consistently meet or exceed sectional KPIs.
Production Planning: Conduct high-level resource planning (Machine, Manpower, Method) to ensure maximum process capability and stringent control.
Workflow Optimization: Manage throughput to ensure jobs are processed at optimum speed, minimizing Work-in-Progress (WIP) and reducing turnaround time.
