• External: Suppliers, Customers, Auditors
• Internal: Production, Quality, Sales, Engineering, NPD, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance

JOB PURPOSE

To lead and strengthen plant operations and manufacturing systems by driving Process Engineering standards including PFMEA, PFD, Control Plans, SOPs, Lean implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence, quality compliance, and productivity enhancement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead development and review of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) for all manufacturing processes.
