This role is critical in driving operational excellence, ensuring on-time delivery, and building high-performing teams in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
You will play a key role in aligning production strategy with business objectives, improving processes, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently achieved.
Operations Leadership Lead and oversee daily operations across manufacturing areas (Copper, Aluminum, and Bends), ensuring production targets and KPIs are met.
Direct and mentor Area Managers, fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Drive execution aligned with Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People objectives.
