The **Manufacturing Manager** is a versatile position responsible for the production areas located in the Otis Florence factory. This energetic person will possess the ability to be both strategic and tactical in the adherence of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Developing People. They will demonstrate a strong continuous improvement mindset—constantly identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance performance, and elevate team capability. They will have the innate ability to lead a team of supervisors and collaborate with support functions to ensure business KPI’s are met, while supporting the Sr. Director of Manufacturing in the implementation of short‑term and long‑range objectives for the Production Department.
