· 1-2 years' experience required

· High School Diploma/GED

· Advanced technical training – mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC

· Clear understanding of lean principals and the application of lean tools

· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

· Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and Weekends

· Supports Operational Performance Metrics and meets targets for improvement

· Supports annual operating plan

· Cleaning and enhancing their work area

· Perform 5S audits

· Develop ideas for Kaizen and participate in implementation

· Perform other duties as assigned or needed
