Job Description
Manage and coordinate the department’s resources (personnel, machinery, equipment, and budget) based on Quality, Cost, and Safety objectives, in order to ensure compliance with the production target.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
Experience in the automotive industry required (experience in tire manufacturing is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
English- B1 
Knowledge of production processes
Personnel management (Mandatory)
Problem analysis and resolution
Lean Manufacturing
Quality Management Systems.
ESH Systems (Environment, Safety, and Health)
Experience with ERP systems.
Sequencing Knowledge
