Manufacturing Industrial Engineer II

+ Develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
+ Interface with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
+ Estimate manufacturing cost, determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
+ Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination with manufacturing.
+ Communicate with Capacity Planner for any capacity changes.
+ Maintain accurate capacity models for capacity declaration, long term/short term, Supply Review Analysis and Free capacity improvement analysis.
+ Ensure enough capacity to support customer demand.
