Key missions of the position:

• Ensure that the Shift output met as per Plan
• Ensure that Improvement target met as per Plan
• Ensure Implementation of relevant clause requirements of IRIS/EHS.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

Safety & Compliance

Follow safety procedures and PPE compliance.

Maintain 7S, housekeeping, and safe work environment.

Ensure IRIS / EHS standards compliance.

Quality Assurance

Ensure products meet quality specifications.

Coordinate with QA team for inspections and testing.

Investigate rejection, defects, and customer complaints.

Production Planning & Execution

Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
