Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers to provide effective technical support to Operations and drive manufacturing excellence.
+ Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Machining, Welding, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical and production challenges.
+ Drive product localization initiatives, ensuring successful technology transfer, process capability enhancement, and operational readiness.
+ Lead continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction projects to improve manufacturing performance.
+ Monitor and analyze key manufacturing metrics such as yield, cycle time, downtime, and quality performance to identify improvement opportunities.
+ Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities by collaborating with regional Manufacturing Engineering teams.
