Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

About the Role:

Drive the seamless execution of projects and spearhead continuous process improvements within the Die Casting and Machining section.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry; direct experience in casting/mold manufacturing is a major plus.
• Deep understanding of foundational casting technologies, including casting/dies planning sheets and casting parameters and expertise in casting technology, including casting machinery, auxiliary equipment, dies, and jigs.
• Exceptional ability to interpret engineering drawings (die components and inspection jigs), apply geometric tolerancing, and utilize advanced measurement tools.
• Proven track record in process optimization, including defect reduction (NG reduction) and productivity enhancement (shortening casting cycle times).
• Have an active Driver’s License (SIM A).
