Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Superintendent. ## What you’ll do: Job Summary Provides primary technical support to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager as the operational right-hand for plant strategy execution. Acts as the strategic partner and key point of contact for Focus Factory Managers to ensure assembly line continuity and efficiency. Responsible for leading the engineering team (Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians) in the expert application of Shainin (Red X) and Six Sigma to resolve complex technical issues, while ensuring the promotion and contribution to MESH (Safety), EBS (Eaton Business System), and EQMS (Eaton Quality Management System).
