End Client Name Confidential Job Overview The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for leading manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and tooling functions to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. This role oversees process development, equipment performance, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment with plant goals across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role reporting directly to plant leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Tooling teams; establish clear expectations and accountability. Own manufacturing processes, including design, optimization, and ongoing performance. Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
