Manufacturing Engineering Manager (Drummondville)

Mission

Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Manufacturing Engineering is responsible for planning, directing, and optimizing all manufacturing engineering activities related to processes, tools, production start‑up, and continuous improvement at the plant. He/she is responsible for managing, mobilizing, and developing the skills of his/her team to ensure a high level of technical expertise, innovation, and operational efficiency.

He/she ensures the performance, reliability, and safety of production systems, while steering the sustainable development of manufacturing capabilities. Through his/her leadership and strategic vision, he/she contributes directly to the achievement of the organization's operational, financial, and growth objectives.
