**YOUR ROLE**
As Manufacturing Engineering Lead on our team, you will: As Leader of Manufacturing Engineering, you are responsible for the industrialization of new manufacturing-, assembly-, and End of Line Processes in IAS Saltillo.
You plan, coordinate and follow up the industrialization activities in collaboration and alignment with global IAS Standards and in compliance of Aptiv / Centec Standards for equipment's.
You also have a good knowledge of Program Management and understand the requirements of applied Quality, e.g. FMEA, Control plan and Production Excellence e.g. Takt Time in new product
- and process industrialization, including ramp-up phases.
**In your daily job you will**:
- Prepare and own the Industrialization Plan for new equipment installation
- Oversee compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations, ensuring that legal requirements and company policies are always met in industrialization...
