职位描述：
1. 产线平衡与瓶颈分析。
- 协助进行生产线现场录像拍摄，记录各工序操作流程及工时数据；
- 使用视频分析工具识别瓶颈工序，协助工艺工程师优化产线平衡，提效降本。
2. 工艺改善项目支持。
- 整理生产数据、制作分析报告，参与工艺改进方案的讨论与实施；
- 跟踪改善措施效果，反馈数据支持后续优化。
3. 数字化与数据分析。
- 运用Excel、Python等工具处理生产数据，完成可视化图表及报表输出。
- 参与数字化工具（如MES、BI系统）的测试与应用，推动数据驱动决策。
