Manufacturing Engineering Intern — Lean & Process Improvement

Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Conduct cycle time studies, line balancing, and workflow analysis.
• Record and analyse production videos to develop Yamazumi Charts and Spaghetti Diagrams.
• Perform manufacturing data analysis (Pareto, START–STOP data) to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support Kaizen, ergonomics assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document findings in structured reports and presentations for the engineering team.
  

• A proactive, detail-oriented learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Someone who collaborates effectively with engineers, supervisors, and operators.
• Curious about manufacturing processes and motivated to improve efficiency and safety.
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.
