Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Estimator & Process Strategist to drive the accuracy, efficiency, and profitability of our precision machining quoting process. This role develops comprehensive, executable manufacturing plans that ensure seamless alignment between estimates and actual shop floor performance. Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will directly influence profitability, capacity utilization, and strategic business growth. The ideal candidate brings hands-on CNC machining and programming expertise combined with strong process optimization skills, and understands how material sourcing, outside services, and vendor performance impact quote accuracy and competitiveness.
