About the Role
This onsite role supports Google Cloud Infrastructure hardware operations at the Pryor Creek Data Center. The engineer will focus on hardware issue triage, root cause analysis, and data-driven quality improvements to minimize hardware damage and improve system availability.

Key Responsibilities
Review and investigate hardware failure tickets
Perform structured RCA and D analysis
Analyze fleet data to detect trends and recurring defects
Escalate systemic issues to engineering/manufacturing teams
Present performance metrics to stakeholders
Improve repair, deployment, and population documentation

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Materials, or equivalent)
