**Job Overview**

Assists more senior engineers in implementing manufacturing techniques, processes, tools and machinery in order to optimize quality and output levels.

**Your main tasks**

+ Assembly processes & line balancing
+ Electrical testing basics (HV, continuity, functional tests)
+ Root cause analysis (5 Why, 8D, PFMEA)
+ Lean manufacturing (5S, Kaizen)
+ SAP / traceability systems
+ Basic automation / machine troubleshooting

**Your ideal Background**

+ Engineering degree (Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronics)
+ Minimum 3 years in manufacturing / process engineering
+ Experience in electromechanical assembly (rotor/stator, coils, sensors)
