Manufacturing Engineer Sheet Metal

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing operations team in Mexicali.

This position represents an excellent opportunity for engineering professionals with experience in the metal mechanical / sheet metal manufacturing industry who are passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, and manufacturing innovation.

The selected candidate will play a key role in developing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting manufacturing processes focused on sheet metal operations, ensuring the highest standards in safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and support sheet metal manufacturing processes
• Create and maintain SOPs, Engineering Guidance, Work Instructions, and technical documentation
• Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives, Mini Kaizens, and Kaizen Events
