Line balancing.

- Preparation of flow diagrams and FMEAs.
- Coordination and monitoring of a new product.
- Review and interpretation of plans.
- Workstation design.
- Ensure the results of the indicators through improvements, supervising of procedures and controls established on production lines.
- Carry out rework methodologies fir non-conforming parts.
- Solving production processes, fixtures, tools or equipment using.
- Lean, Kaizen tools and/or continuous improvement tools.
- Training for supervisor and leader of the production lines.
- Process Validation.
- Analysis of times and movements.
