Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support production, process improvement, and quality execution for complex aerospace and defense hardware. This role is highly shop floor-focused, partnering cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality production.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in MRB, nonconformance disposition, and root cause/corrective action within a regulated manufacturing environment.
