This role is focused on driving new product introduction from concept through to production, ensuring robust processes, seamless cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Support product development from initial concept through to full production release

· Develop and validate manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions

· Manage prototype builds and first article validation

· Act as a key interface between Design, R&D, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain
