Manufacturing engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows
• Monitor production performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain)
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and reports
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
• Proven experience in manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
