Job Description
This role supports machining operations in a production environment by driving continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing principles. The Manufacturing Engineer works cross-functionally with manufacturing teams and CNC personnel to improve processes, enhance productivity and quality, and support new product introductions while ensuring that cost, delivery, and performance objectives are consistently met.
Responsibilities

+ Provide programming and engineering support for machining operations, including troubleshooting machining issues and assisting with tooling design for production.

+ Develop and maintain routings, detailed work instructions, and visual work aids to support new product introduction and ongoing production.

+ Partner closely with CNC operators and technicians to improve manufacturing processes, safety, quality, and productivity on the shop floor.
