Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for Die Design and Development and Processes to support new product development Provide technical advice to product design through stamping engineering evaluation. Conduct evaluations for DFM Work with process development engineer to completed new tooling conditioning and mass production Prepare the WI and PFMEA for new product, and discuss with QE (Quality Engineers) and Production to fix the WI and PFMEA Update the WI and PFMEA according to the requst of customer audit or quality improvement or EC etc. WI training to operation in order to standardize the machine operation or process Responsible for manufacturing process improvement, production efficiency and quality improvement Modify the tooling according to the request of customer or quality improvement or EC or efficiency improvement etc Complete and publish the revised tooling draw...
