+ Providing specialized knowledge and acting as a functional expert to resolve any manufacturing issues.
+ Supporting research and development teams to produce sample manufacturing equipment, product samples, and prototypes.
+ Applying functional knowledge and previous experience to solve complex issues based on existing solutions and problems.
+ Training and supporting junior engineers in the department in the technical knowledge of manufacturing engineering.
